Job Description :
- Managing Talent Acquisition & facilitating employees across various functions.
- Bulk Hiring- Responsible for time bound recruitment, selection for respective Region/Zone.
- Take an active role in the Planning, Selection, Attrition and Recruitment
- Preparation of Weekly/Monthly MIS & Dashboard for management reviews.
