Experience :-
- 3 to 8 years experience in Rubber products manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Injection Moulding is advantageous.
- Knowledge of mould maintenance and hands-on approach required.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Shift Planning and worker handling/allocation
- Handle day to day rubber moulding problems with hands on approach
- Mould & machine setup and validation.
- Mould repairs and maintenance.
- Quality checking and response to issues.
- Productivity control and improvement.
