UGC has established Inter-University Centres (IUCs) for providing state-of-the-art equipment & facilities for the benefit of researchers working in different universities. UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research (formerly known as IUC-DAEF), was created in the year 1990.
Name of Post :- Junior Engineer C / Technician-D
Location :- Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Stipend :-
- Junior Engineer C : Level-6 (As per 7 CPC).
- Technician-D : Level-4 (As per 7 CPC).
Eligibility :-
Junior Engineer C :
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks, 4 years experience of working in an academic research/industrial organization OR
- B.Sc with Physics with minimum 60% marks, 4 years of experience working in an academic research / industrial organization.
Technician-D :
- ITI in Electrical trade and 4 years of relevant experience working in an academic research / industrial organization.
Age Limit (As on 28 October 2024) :
- Junior Engineer C : 30 years
- Technician-D : 25 years
- Age Relaxation : Age-relaxation applies to reserved categories and candidates working in Govt./Semi. Govt./ Autonomous Body/ University will be as per GoI rules.

Selection Process :-
- Only screened-in/shortlisted applicants will be called for a Written Test/ Skill Test/ Trade Test/ Personal Interview
- The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the Interview by short-listing the applications based on a higher benchmark for short-listing criteria as may be decided by the Institute
