Job Description –
- 1.) Preparation and tracking of project completion schedule in Microsoft Project(MS-P) software.
- 2) Client Delay Notification, Delay analysis, EOT Processing, Claims Preparation and submission.
- 3) Ensure timely delivery of material at site as per schedule
- 4) Monitor Site Progress w.r.t. Plan
- 5) Progress related analysis, Risk identification, Risk Escalation and Risk Mitigation
- 6) Project Progress Tracker and other Reports Circulation
- 7) Conduct effective Review Meetings
- 8) Billing Progress monitoring w.r.t. Material Delivery at site.
- 9) Periodic Executable BOQ preparation
- 10) PR creation & ZBOQ Reuploading
- 11) Manufacturing Clearance and Dispatch Instruction Release to vendors.
- 12) Budget Consumption Analysis, Risk Identification, and Risk Mitigation.
