Position :- Trainee Supervisor
Job Location :- Across India/Abroad
Salary :-
- Selected candidates shall undergo training for one year.
- They will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 24,000-3%-10,8000/- (IDA) with a Basic Pay of Rs. 24,000/-, IDA, HRA and Perks @ 12% of Basic Pay per month during training period.
- On successful completion of 1-year training, they will be placed as Sub Jr. Engr. at S0 level in the pay scale of Rs. 24,000-3%-1,08,000/- (IDA).
Qualification :-
Trainee Supervisor (Electrical) :
- Full Time Regular Three Years Diploma in relevant discipline of engineering or equivalent from a recognized Technical Board/Institute with minimum 70% marks for General/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS Candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Equivalent Discipline: Electrical/Electrical (Power)/Electrical and Electronics/Power Systems Engineering/Power Engineering (Electrical)
Note: Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME etc. with or without a Diploma is not allowed.

Age Relaxation:
- For OBC(NCL) – 3 years
- For SC/ ST – 5 years
- For PwBD – 10 years over & above category relaxation
Selection Process :-
- The selection process shall consist of a Written Test/Computer Test (CBT) of eligible candidates, a Computer Skill Test (CST) (wherever applicable) & Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
- Those who qualify in the Written Test/ CBT shall be empanelled in order of merit as per their marks in the written test/CBT.
- Final merit for selection for the post of Trainee Supervisor (Electrical) will be decided based on marks secured by the candidates in the Written Test/ CBT (100% weightage).
- Candidates who qualify in the Written Test/CBT on merit as per the qualifying criteria mentioned in the detailed advertisement, will be called for next stage of selection in the ratio of 1:5 for vacancies up to 3, 15 for vacancies of 4 and 1:3 for vacancies of 5 or more advertised in any category for this post.
