Qualification :-
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Automobile / Production/ Tool & Die Making/ Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation
- Min. 50% marks in SSC & Diploma (Aggregate)
Experience :- 3 to 8 Years
Role & Responsibilities :-
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting : Prepare cost estimates for projects, create budgets, and ensure that the project remains within financial limits.
- Contract Management : Draft, review, and manage contracts between clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Cost Control : Monitor and control project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address any cost overruns.
- Final Account Preparation: Prepare final accounts at the end of the project, ensuring all costs are accounted for and settled.
