Erstwhile Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB) was responsible for generating, transmitting, and distributing electricity in Chhattisgarh State. By the provisions contained in Section 131-134 of the Electricity Act 2003, Govt. of Chhattisgarh has reorganized the erstwhile CSEB.

Stipend :-
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 9,000/- per month
- Diploma Apprentice: Rs. 8,000/- per month
- Non-Engg Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 9,000/- per month
- ITI Apprentice: Rs. 7,000/- per month
Eligibility :-
ITI Apprentice :
- ITI Pass in Fitter, Turner, Welder, Electrician, Wireman
Diploma Apprentice :
- The candidates should possess Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical/CSE/EEE/IT
Graduate Apprentice :
- The candidates should possess B.E / B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical / Electrical / CSE / Eee / IT
Non-Engg Graduate Apprentices :
- The candidates should possess BSc/BBA/BCA
