Position :- Quality Engineer
Job Location :- Pune
Salary :- ₹ 2-3 Lacs P.A.
Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- ₹ 2-3 Lacs P.A.
Key Skills :-
- Product inspection as per drg
- Handling of measuring instruments, guages
- Inspection report preparation
- Decision making on lots offered for PDI clearance
Key Responsibilities :-
- To conduct audit inspection as per quality plan, of final products (Ready for dispatch) that are offered by packing & dispatch section.
- To give timely feedback on inspection status, of the lots offered to the packing & dispatch in-charge.
- To prepare pre dispatch inspection reports of the lots inspected & to handover the same to dispatch., if the report are tobe dispatched to the customers.
- To ensure timely disposition of non-conforming lots, in consultation with HOD & Engineering department.
- To Coordinate with engineer calibration & ensure that all instruments & guages for inspection are duly calibrated.
- To conduct audit inspection of customer return goods & give feed back to HOD for necessary disposition.
- To prepare monthly compiled report of all the above activites for review by HOD & top management.
